POSTPONED TO 2022 – NEW DATE TBA
Hey folks,
Due to the current lockdown for Austria from 22.11.2021 on, the show with Tora can not take place on the 1st December 2021. We are unbelievably sad, that we are not able to deliver better information at this point. We are very aware of the situation that those numerous postponements are quite nerve-wracking and lead to displeasure. This show would have been the biggest one within our ongoing journey, so believe us: we are feeling really, really sad to postpone this one to 2022. But there gonna be good times where we gonna dance and party all together very soon! Right at the moment, we are already planning the new date for 2022. As soon as we have a new date, you're gonna be the first ones to get informed. Promised.
Our agency strives to remain fair and transparent to our community, although this causes a big financial damage for us.
Therefore, there are 4 options for your purchased ticket:
1) tickets remain valid for the new date (2022) - TBC
2) a refund of your purchased ticket. (we have to pay fees for the refund)
3) an exchange of your ticket(s) into a FYI voucher, which you can use for all upcoming events promoted by our agency.
4) you donate your whole, or a part of your ticket, to us. As a guide value 10-20% would help us a lot to cover our refund costs.
Please take your mail address and order id and write them down under the following link:

We thank you for your understanding and look forward to sweaty nights with you at the next concert evening.
Stay safe and all the best!

TORA
2020 was a year of unprecedented events and yet out of it, the true nature of adaptability and creativity has still managed to find ways to shine. For Australian electronic act Tora, this has never been truer of their year in making their third album, A Force Majeure. Relocating from Byron Bay to Amsterdam in the early months of 2020, a full year of touring through Europe and America was quickly halted due to the onset of COVID-19. Facing an undetermined period of time off road but also away from Australia, the band turned their focus to staying creative instead. With nothing but time on their side, studio time became an utterly immersive experience. Renting and fitting out studio space to their own requirement and dedicating their days to working on music meant the band was able to approach the process not hindered by the pressures of time or scheduling.
And what they emerged from this period with is an album that is Tora at their most dynamic yet. Eleven songs that capture the essence of a band who have found themselves a world away from the normalcy they were accustomed to. Eleven songs that shine bright with refreshed perspective and a deepened understanding of the group’s artistry and identity. As with their sophomore album, 2019’s Can’t Buy The Mood, Tora’s latest effort saw the band in both writer and producer mode. Here, they push themselves further into a sonic space that plays further with tempo and tone, introducing more light and dark tones than on previous works. Though pushed out of their comfort zone in many ways, Tora is at their most refined and self-aware on A Force Majeure. In navigating this new normal together, the band has emerged out the other side of this process tighter as a unit than before; it’s a dynamic irrevocably tied to the music. As a definitive snapshot of the type of band Tora is today, A Force Majeure is sophisticated, mature and beautifully contemporary in both sound, feel and execution.
